Tauqir is an IT leader with 28 years of progressive experience across enterprise, healthcare, banking, and government technology. He has led architecture and delivery for large, complex programs at the Singapore Ministry of Health, Suncorp, and Citibank Germany, and earlier in his career led a team of 45 software engineers and testers to design, build, and maintain a home-grown Electronic Medical Record system for a cluster of Singapore's public hospitals and clinics. He holds a Master's in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, along with TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, and four AWS certifications including Solutions Architect Professional and Security Specialty.
At Clerq AI, Tauqir brings deep knowledge of the latest AI technologies and the architectural judgment that decides how to deploy them responsibly inside an SME: what to automate, what to keep human, and how to keep client data secure.

Amrat is a commercial and finance leader with a track record across Brisbane City Council, Queensland Health, Linfox, Tradelink, and Goodstart Early Learning. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School (ranked among the world's top 20), the US CMA designation, and a BBA in International Business and Finance.
At Clerq AI, Amrat leads the accounting practice, owning client conversations, the quality bar on every deliverable, and the answer to the question every Brisbane SME asks first: does the person behind this actually understand my books?

She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, a Bachelor of IT from the National University of Sciences and Technology, and a Diploma in Website Development from TAFE Queensland Brisbane.
At Clerq AI, Komil owns IT development end-to-end: the web presence at clerqai.com.au, the client-facing interfaces for our agent products, and the engineering work that turns the architecture into something an SME can actually use.
Research-led perspective on how AI and technology actually change the way SMEs work.
Maria is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Work and Regulation at QUT Business School, based at the Centre for Decent Work and Industry. Her research examines how digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and platform systems reshape work, employment relations, and the way people are heard inside an organisation. She holds a PhD from Griffith University, a Master of Science from the Alliance Manchester Business School, and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (UK). Her recent publications include studies of AI-enabled inclusion at work and the role of digital tools in organisational voice systems, and she is part of an interdisciplinary team examining the implementation of AI in healthcare through an NHMRC-funded project. Her work has been recognised with an Australian Research Council Discovery Grant for The Voice Gap: Employee Voice Under Threat in a Changing World of Work.
As Strategic Advisor to Clerq AI, Maria brings an evidence-based lens on how AI lands inside an SME: what genuinely creates value, what introduces risk to the people doing the work, and how to introduce automation so it amplifies the team rather than displaces trust in it.
